Privacy

Draft: this page needs the company's legal details and a lawyer's review before publication.

This page explains what personal data the Firmo website collects, why, and for how long.

What we collect

Visit statistics, measured without cookies, without browser fingerprinting and with shortened IP addresses, so no visitor can be identified. And what you type into the demo form: your name, work email and company.

Why, and on what legal basis

Visit statistics show us which pages help and which don’t (our legitimate interest in running the site). Demo requests are used to answer you and arrange the demo (steps you asked for before a contract). Product news is sent only if you tick the box (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

How long we keep it

Visit statistics: 13 months for detailed data, 25 months for reports. Demo requests: 12 months if no contract follows, then deleted.

Who receives it

Only Firmo’s team, on systems we run in the European Union. We don’t sell data or share it with advertisers. [Hosting and email providers, with their data processing agreements.]

Who is responsible

[Company name, legal form, registered address and contact for data protection.]

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, and withdraw consent. Write to [privacy contact]; we answer within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority (CNPD in Portugal, CNIL in France).
